Hallie’s Recent Stay at Medway Hospital

After what we thought was just an appointment turned into long stay in the hospital, we are finally home.

We came home with a diagnosis of lower lobe pneumonia. But we are finally getting answers as to why we are continuously back and forth from hospital.

We are now officially a red card holder after a nearly 2 year fight.

And we are officially on preventative antibiotics.

Hallie will be reviewed for her asthma, she will also be seeing a district nurse more often, most importantly we are having to thicken Hallie’s fluids as they seem to think she is inhaling fluids rather than digesting them, so we have a few extra repeat prescription to pick up but we are starting to get answers we’ve been searching for.

Thank you to everyone who checked up on us.

But more importantly thank you to Hallie’s Daddy, Nanny, Grandad, Grandma and Andad for being there when I need you guys the most.

It wouldn’t have been as easy without you all.
